10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Octane Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs, system downtime, or third-party integrations.

11. Termination
By You: You may cancel your subscription or account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
